Internship: Check ✓

I completed my internship at UGT in Hallbergmoos from February to June. I would like to share my experiences and impressions with you below.

So let's start at the beginning: When I visited the office to get to know the team before the internship started, I was given a very friendly and open welcome. I was pleasantly surprised and was really looking forward to the internship.

On the first day of my nine-week student internship, the good atmosphere didn't change and I always felt very welcome. Everyone treated me as an equal and I was never labeled as an "intern". I was also given a lot of trust right from the start and was allowed to complete tasks independently early on. For example, I was allowed to work on the new website (including creating the workshop review and some product pages), update the database of business partners, assist with marketing campaigns, write social media posts and help with the preparation and implementation of the workshop in March. The workshop itself was my absolute highlight of the internship. The atmosphere was very good and I really enjoyed helping to ensure that our guests felt comfortable and were able to enjoy the workshop and everything surrounding it.

But even with tasks that were not so easy for me at the beginning, I never had the feeling of being alone. Someone was always available to answer questions, took the time to explain everything to me and I always received constructive feedback on the tasks I completed.

I really enjoyed the mutual support and it definitely left a lasting impression. I am very grateful to have been a part of this company for a while and to have had this valuable and positive experience. I am sure that it will be a great benefit for the rest of my life. I think back on this great time with great pleasure.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Andi, Christina and Steffi for their patience and time, as well as Sascha for giving me the opportunity to do my internship here. Thank you for making this time so unforgettable with the consistently positive atmosphere.
