What you can expect

You are responsible for training and coordinating employees in mechanical production.
You will ensure a smooth, efficient and quality-conscious production process.
You will optimize production processes in close cooperation with production management and other departments.
You will ensure that your team works efficiently.
You coordinate necessary maintenance and cleaning work.
You will initiate the necessary steps to rectify machine and process faults.

What you should be able to do

You have completed technical training (e.g. industrial mechanic, mechatronics technician or electronics technician) with further training as a master craftsman/technician.
You have several years of professional experience in the above-mentioned field and in managing employees.
You are reliable, work independently and communicate well.
You have a high sense of quality and responsibility as well as good PC skills (MS Office)
You recognize problems, see them as a challenge and try to solve them.
You love order and are careful with all kinds of materials and machines.
You have a good command of German.
