UGT Temperature bath
UGT Temperature bath
Our temperature bath ensures maximum precision and stability in temperature control. Originally developed for the calibration of measuring sensors, we adapt it to your individual requirements. In addition to the calibration of measurement sensors, it is therefore suitable for a wide range of technical applications such as material tests, thermal tests, chemical reactions or temperature-controlled storage in research and practice.
Structure
The temperature bath presented here consists of a tray with two inlets for even filling, a valve-controlled drain and a temperature sensor. An insulated water reservoir with filter, a refill valve for automatic water refilling, a chiller for temperature control and a robust aluminum frame construction complete the system. With a total of 100 sockets on a back plate for connecting sensors for calibration, we offer maximum flexibility. The cables can be pulled out and positioned so that they do not hang in the water. Fans are installed on the left and right side of the bath to dry measuring sensors, for example. Alternatively, the temperature bath can also be supplied without a back plate with socket connections and without a fan, for example.
Operation
The temperature bath shown here is controlled via a PLC, while operation is possible either via the clear display on the control unit or via the integrated graphical user interface (GUI) using a web browser from any internet-enabled device. All you need to do is enter the IP address of the device. For a temperature bath with back plate and socket connections, the user interface provides a slot overview for accessing individual slots/sockets and displaying live values in the form of graphs. Specific parameters and system settings such as full runtime, idle time, temperature and recording intervals can be conveniently adjusted via the user interface. In maintenance mode, individual components such as pumps, valves or chillers can be operated manually.
